Check the volume on your MP3 player

If you are thinking of cranking up your MP3 Player volume, think again. A researched done by a professor at Wichita State University have found that some volume setting are too high which can lead to permanent hearing lost. iPods and other personal music players are destroying our hearing, he says.

 

Loud noise does not only affect your hearing but it can damage your balance as well.
