The playlist option in not fully developed and hard to get used to, and hard to work. The price isn't bad at all, but if u like the fact that it sorts music into genre, artist, album, and etc. i however, have many different songs with different artists, albums and such. so i prefer the playlist. I would sugest the creative zen, they work well, but as u should do with any other MP# player...u should buy the store warrenty i have this mp3 player and its not that great.
